Monday
morning the Lincoln/Logan Chamber of Commerce wrapped up their final bit
of business connected with this year's Ag Scholarship Breakfast. Andi
Hake, executive director at the chamber, presented Bill Overton of the
Logan County Food Pantry a check for $231.09 at the chamber offices. The
donation to the food pantry came from the piggy banks placed on tables
at the annual breakfast. Attendees were encouraged to empty their pocket
change into the banks to help the pantry provide food
products to those who would otherwise not be able to have them.
