[April 13, 2013]      Send a link to a friend When the car arrived at City
Hall, it was tilted to the ground, then with some assistance from
Chief Miller, rolled into a parking spot. Then with Mayor Keith Snyder,
chamber board president Don Peasley, chamber director Andi Hake and
a host of firefighters present, Miller graciously accepted the keys. Miller said the car will be
used as the chamber desired, for an extrication exercise. However, the fire department plans to take it a step further and do
the extrication as a demonstration for students of Lincoln Community
High School. The extrication will serve to help show the
students the consequences of impaired or distracted driving. Therefore, we can safely say
that though the special car is nearing its demise, it is doing so for
			a very worthy cause.
