                Illinois country grain prices were
				lower on Monday afternoon.

Technical selling at the Board of
Trade helped to push grain prices lower.

Wheat futures were weakened by the
weather forecast for the Plains states that included moisture
				for dry soils.

Strength in the cash markets did
provide support for both corn and soybean prices.
In Northern and Western Illinois country grain dealers quoted
shelled corn bids were 6 to 7 cents lower at 6.41-6.54.

Soybean bids were mostly 18 to
				21cents lower at 14.12-14.29.
In Central Illinois country grain dealers quoted shelled corn
bids were 6 cents lower at 6.41-6.58.

Soybean bids were 14 to 15 cents
				lower at 14.26-14.44.

In the Southern part of the state, shelled corn bids were 6 to 8
				cents lower at 6.32-6.71.

Soybean bids were 11 cents lower
				at 14.35-14.58.

Wheat bids were 6 to 7 cents lower
				at 6.97-7.10.
