| The White House says Tuesday's meeting has been
planned for some time and is meant to focus on the growing
economic relationship between the two countries.
Obama is expected to give his support for the peace talks
between Santos' government and the Revolutionary Armed Forces of
				Colombia, or FARC.
The Obama administration has been phasing out U.S. security aid
to Colombia in favor of economic development assistance and
promotion of human rights, particularly in areas formerly
				controlled by rebel forces. [Associated
