AUCTION will be
held at the Sherman Athletic Club Banquet Hall which is located
at 300 South First Street in Sherman, Il.

for the 2014 growing season. The farm will be sold as 120 acres,
on a per acre basis and not divided.

a written contract with 10% down the evening of the auction with
the balance due upon delivery of deed and title policy on or

arranged prior to the auction. Bank letter of credit must
accompany final bid. Purchase contract is not contingent on
financing. Property is being sold “as is”. Final bid is subject
