COLLINSVILLE — Saturday afternoon the Lincoln
High School Railers basketball team went up against Belleville East
in the Schnucks Holiday Classic. A loss would have left them
vying for third place in the tournament, but a win meant going to
the championship game and perhaps taking the whole enchilada.
The team made it look easy as
they swept past Belleville East and went on to victory with a score
of 53-25.
