Vehicle: 2005 Buick LaCrosse, blue
Driver: Alberta E. Reiterman, 70, Mount Pulaski
Passengers: None
Seat belts: Not used
Cause: Investigation continues.
Transports: Illinois State Police, Logan County Sheriff's
Office, Lincoln-Logan EMS, Mount Pulaski and Cornland EMS.

Preliminary: The Buick LaCrosse was traveling westbound on
Illinois Route 54 west of County Road 1100. The vehicle crossed into
the eastbound lane, continued onto the south shoulder, traveled
approximately 184 feet in the south ditch, struck a tree, overturned
and came to rest. The driver was pronounced dead on the scene by the
Logan County coroner.
