Department of Insurance annual complaint reports now available online

[July 08, 2013]  SPRINGFIELD -- The Illinois Department of Insurance released the 2012 Consumer Complaint Reports last week. The report data includes complaint statistics on insurance companies by coverage type as well as a composite and comparison of insurance complaints.
