                Illinois country grain prices were 
				mostly higher on Monday afternoon, with soybean prices sharply 
				higher. 
				 
              
                Export sales announcements by the 
				USDA supported higher grain markets. 
				 
              
                The largest announcement was the 
				sale of 840,000 tonnes of US wheat to China. 
				 
              
                There were also sales of US corn 
				to Mexico and US soybeans to an unknown destination. 
 				In Northern and Western Illinois country grain dealers quoted 
				shelled corn bids were up 7 to 20 cents at 6.58-6.92.  
              
                Soybean bids were mostly 21 to 27 
				cents higher at 15.69-15.97. 
              
                
				 
              
                
 
 				In Central Illinois country grain dealers quoted shelled corn 
				bids were mostly 8 to 12 cents higher at 6.69-6.98.  
              
                Soybean bids were mostly 24 cents 
				higher at 15.81-16.12.
 				In the Southern part of the state, shelled corn bids were mostly 
				6 to 7 cents higher at 6.50-6.68.  
              
                Soybean bids were up 24 to 25 
				cents at 16.00-16.26. 
				 
              
                Wheat bids were mostly 6 cents 
				higher at 6.38-6.51.
