Wednesday morning as heavy
rains with lightning passed through Lincoln, city firefighters were
called to this home in the 800 block of North Sherman. Firefighters knocked the blaze down quickly.
Wednesday afternoon fire
inspector Tim Aper said the cause of the fire was at that time still undetermined. He said there were lightning strikes
in the area, but the official ruling has not yet been made.
