            [July 12, 2013]      Send a link to a friend Thursday morning saw a nice 
			turnout of folks to witness and participate in the official 
			groundbreaking ceremonies for Plowfield Square on the city's west 
			side. The development will offer 
			affordable housing for working-class families in the area with 
			townhouse-style apartments. The complex will also feature 
			family-friendly amenities.
