This year Betty Moser
returned to the Logan County Fairgrounds to serve as judge of the
Floriculture and Horticulture classes.
Moser has become a beloved
mainstay in Logan County. The author of her own gardening
book, she is knowledgeable and also kind and generous in sharing her
knowledge with the kids as she judges them.
Each exhibitor got one-on-one
time with Mosier as she examined the entries and discussed their
attributes.
