| In this 2009 photo, Christopher Harris exits the Logan County Courthouse in Lincoln following a hearing. Harris on Friday was convicted of first-degree murder in the deaths of the Raymond "Rick" Gee family. Harris will face life without parole and will be back in Lincoln on July 19 for sentencing. The trial, which began in late April, was held in Peoria County after the defense contended that the case had too much local publicity and that finding an impartial jury would not be possible. Christopher's brother, Jason, entered a plea deal and will be sentenced to 20 years in prison for his accessory role in the murders.
