50th anniversary Myron and Suzie Aper [June 07, 2013] Myron and Suzie Aper will be celebrating 50 years of marriage on June 16. The New Holland couple plans to celebrate their special day with a family get-together that will hopefully include all of their children, grandchildren and great-grandchildren.

Myron Aper and Suzie Blaum were joined in marriage on June 16, 1963, at the Presbyterian church in New Holland. Standing up with the couple were best man Floyd Aper and maid of honor Jan Taylor.

Through their years together, the Apers have enjoyed raising two children and spoiling several grandchildren and great-grandchildren.

Their children are Terri (and Otie) Tripplett and Tim (and Michelle) Aper.

Grandchildren are Bret (and Shanae) Tripplett, Nicole (and Mike) Lee, Chance Vincent, Destiny Vincent (and Dallas Jones), Les Vincent (and Shanay Robinson) and Brandon Aper.

Great-grandchildren are Lily Grable, Jerzie Jones, Bosco Jones, Les Vincent and Tanner Tripplett.

Myron is retired from Jim Xamis Ford Lincoln Mercury and Suzie is the office manager at Dr. Robert C. Miller's dental office in Lincoln.
