NBC's "Meet the Press" -- Sens. Tom Coburn, R-Okla., and Dick Durbin, D-Ill.; Reps. Loretta Sanchez, D-Calif., and Mike Rogers, R-Mich.

CBS' "Face the Nation" -- Sens. Dianne Feinstein, D-Calif., Bob Corker, R-Tenn., and Jeff Sessions, R-Ala.

CNN's "State of the Union" -- Sens. Rand Paul, R-Ky., and Chuck Schumer, D-N.Y.
