[March 13, 2013]      Send a link to a friend The National Honor Society at
Lincoln Community High School has more than 60 members. Membership is not something one gains easily.
			Each student has to
meet some very rigid criteria, so it serves as a real testament to
the kind of students and faculty as well that we find in our Logan
County schools. Early in the week the NHS met
with media, along with Roy Logan of the Lincoln Park District. They
talked about a windfall they had received from Verallia-St. Gobain
and how they decided to use the money to introduce younger students
to the National Honor Society and at the same time have some fun. The laser game session lasted
for approximately two hours, with several junior high students coming
in to play. In addition, some of the NHS members got in the
			game, too.
