                Illinois country grain prices were 
				mixed on Wednesday afternoon, with wheat higher and corn and 
				soybeans lower. 
				 
              
                Wheat futures drew strength from 
				technical buying at the Board of Trade. 
				 
              
                Soybean futures fell as demand 
				weakened for bothsoybeans and soybean meal.
 
 				In Northern and Western Illinois country grain dealers quoted 
				shelled corn bids were mostly 3 to 6 cents lower at 7.20-7.42.
				 
              
                Soybean bids were 20 to 21 cents 
				lower at 14.38-14.55.
 				In Central Illinois country grain dealers quoted shelled corn 
				bids were 4 to 5 cents lower at 7.22-7.35.  
              
                Soybean bids were mostly 21 to 24 
				cents lower at 14.59-14.68.
 				In the Southern part of the state, shelled corn bids were 3 to 4 
				cents lower at 7.08-7.45.  
              
                Soybean bids were 22 to cents 
				lower at 14.60-14.85. 
				 
              
                Wheat bids were 6 to 10 cents
