            SPRINGFIELD -- Patients 
			suffering from corneal, refractive and cataract disorders have a new 
			option among the ophthalmologists at Springfield Clinic. Jennifer 
			Nottage, M.D., has joined the Springfield Clinic Eye Institute, 
			effective Monday. | 
		
            |  As a corneal specialist, Dr. Nottage treats all forms of corneal 
			infections and ocular surface diseases and specializes in various 
			types of corneal transplants. Nottage also performs refractive and 
			cataract surgery, including Lasik and phakic lens surgery for 
			myopia, and she has an interest in the repair of traumatic eye 
			injuries and anterior segment reconstruction. Nottage received her 
			medical degree from the University of Missouri-Kansas City and 
			completed her ophthalmology residency at the University of Maryland 
			in Baltimore. She was then awarded a fellowship in cornea, external 
			disease and refractive surgery from the Wills Eye Institute in 
			Philadelphia, Pa. 
			
			 The Eye Institute at Springfield Clinic treats a wide range of 
			conditions and is a "one-stop shop" for all eye care needs, ranging 
			from routine eye exams to complex surgical procedures and 
			treatments, including cataract and glaucoma surgery, corneal 
			transplants, Lasik, retinal detachment and vitreous surgery, and 
			many more.
