 Brent crude, a benchmark for many international oil varieties, rose 99 cents to $103.50 a barrel, after earlier dropping to $100.91 on the ICE Futures exchange in London. In other energy futures trading on Nymex: Wholesale gasoline rose 3 cents to finish at $2.87 a gallon. Heating oil was flat at $2.88 a gallon. Natural gas added 5 cents to end at $4.07 per 1,000 cubic feet.
