A bit chilly on April 13, the
New Holland-Middletown "Run with the Mustangs" spring fundraiser
began early in the day with 5K and kids' runs taking place just as
temps climbed above the freezing mark. Inside, a warm breakfast
awaited the early crowd, along with school logo items, auctions and
a bake sale that offered numerous items to purchase. And while
parents were there, they were polled for their opinions. Then it was
back outdoors for carnival rides followed by a mid-morning memorial
gathering in honor of a past music teacher, Mrs. Phyllis Blaum.
