                Illinois country grain prices were 
				mixed on Monday afternoon. 
				 
              
                Corn prices continued lower during 
				the day and closed at the lowest spot close in 3 years following 
				the EPA proposal to cut the corn-based ethanol mandate. 
              
                Soybeans were higher following the 
				USDA report that showed 88 million bushels of soybeans inspected 
				for export last week. 
              
                In Northern and Western Illinois country grain dealers quoted 
				shelled corn bids were 8 to 10 cents lower at 3.85-4.09. 
				 
              
                Soybean bids were 6 cents higher 
				at 12.55-12.81. 
              
                In Central Illinois country grain dealers quoted shelled corn 
				bids were 10 cents lower at 3.90-4.07. 
				 
              
                Soybean bids were 6 to 7 cents 
				higher at  12.71-12.87. 
              
                In the Southern part of the state, shelled corn bids were 10 
				cents lower at 3.82-4.07. 
				 
              
                Soybean bids were 5 to 13 cents 
				higher at 12.53-12.76. 
				 
              
                Wheat bids were steady to 3 cents 
				lower at 6.00-6.30.
