NOTICE
TO THE PEOPLE
OF THE CITY OF
LINCOLN, ILLINOIS

Please take notice that the Plan Commission of the City of Lincoln shall hold a public hearing on Thursday, November 21, 2013 at 7:00 P.M. in the City Council Chambers, City Hall, to consider amendments to the following sections of the Lincoln City Code: Section 11-4-4, R-1 and R-2 District Uses and Section 11-5-7, Special Uses in the C-1 and C-2 Districts, regarding the creation of a Special Use classification for a private horse stable use in an R-1, Residential District and the creation of a Special Use classification for drive-through uses in the C-1 and C-2, Commercial Districts.

The proposed amendments shall be on file in the Code Enforcement Office in City Hall for public inspection, comment, questions and objections may be filed with the City Clerk until 3:00 P.M. on November 21, 2013.
