MOUNT PULASKI — In other parts of town, such as at the American Legion, the local Boy Scouts were serving up freshly grilled sandwiches, which were a big hit on a cold day.

Inside the Legion, shoppers were taking advantage of wonderful offerings for their Christmas decorating. Several shoppers were seen carrying out fully decorated trees. In addition, there were other decorating items available and some personal items such as handbags and jewelry.
