 Lincoln Public Library Halloween costume swap

This is the first year for the
Lincoln Public Library children's Halloween costume swap. According
to children's librarian Ms. Lou, as of Saturday morning eight
families had stopped by to drop off gently used costumes or look
through the selection for a costume for their little goblins'
trick-or-treat adventure.
