management team for Illinois High-Speed Rail and representatives of the Illinois Department
of Transportation were at the Lincoln Knights of
Columbus on Oct. 1.
During the open house-style
presentation, representatives were prepared to explain displays and
to gather public comments on siding and track construction near
Elkhart.
