At this year's cruise-in, folks had the
opportunity to enter a 50-50 drawing and a raffle. Some
longtime supporters of The Mill showed up to spend the better part
of the day. They enjoyed a time of just sitting
together remembering the good old days when The Mill was an intimate part of the culture in Lincoln.
Inside the restaurant, folks walked through,
taking in the items from the Pig Hip and reading the storyboards on
display. Some talked aloud about remembering the days when
they came with their parents for a schnitzel at The Mill. Some
thought about the size of the dining area and said that when they
were children,
the place seemed bigger than it is now.
