How
do you turn 400 pounds of potatoes into German potato salad? With a lot of
help! Thursday morning an entire team of "peelers" were scraping, washing
and preparing potatoes for the signature salad that has become a mainstay at the
St. John United Church of Christ Germanfest. This year the church is
partnering with the Oasis and getting special help from Castle Manor and St.
Clara's Manor to bring to Lincoln a really outstanding family event. Money
raised this year will also be shared between the church's mission projects and
the Oasis building fund.

but two more births are expected there in the next few months.
