Last year the Lincoln Park District and city of Lincoln added a new feature to the Saturday with the mayor. They implemented a "Trunk or Treat" on Pulaski Street. The event was organized to give businesses and organizations that don't have sites in the downtown area an opportunity to be part of the fun.
