                Illinois country grain prices were 
				lower on Monday afternoon. 
				 
              
                Fund liquidation and technical 
				selling pressured soybean prices after some much needed rain 
				fell across parts of the producing areas. 
				 
              
                Export inspections were lower than 
				necessary to reach the USDA export forecast.
 				In Northern and Western Illinois country grain dealers quoted 
				shelled corn bids were 8 to 16 cents lower at 4.40-4.77.  
              
                Soybean bids were sharply lower at 
				13.27-13.81.
 				In Central Illinois country grain dealers quoted shelled corn 
				bids were down 8 to 15 cents at 4.43-4.77.  
              
                Soybean bids were sharply lower at 
				13.48-14.17.
 				In the Southern part of the state, shelled corn bids were 9 to 
				13 cents lower at 4.40-4.62.  
              
                Soybean bids were sharply lower at 
				13.53-14.03. 
              
                Wheat bids were steady to 1 cent
