                Illinois country grain prices were
				higher on Wednesday afternoon.

Talk of high wheat prices in China
and frost damage in Argentina combined to drive wheat futures
				higher.

                The higher wheat futures pulled
				corn and soybean values upward.

                Export demand also provided some
				support.
In Northern and Western Illinois country grain dealers quoted
shelled corn bids were mostly 4 to 6 cents higher at 4.26-4.50.

Soybean bids were up 7 to 10 cents
				at 12.90-13.20.
In Central Illinois country grain dealers quoted shelled corn
				bids were mixed at 4.32-4.43.

Soybean bids were steady to 8
				cents higher at 12.96-13.22.
In the Southern part of the state, shelled corn bids were up 1
				to 6 cents at 4.25-4.45.

Soybean bids were 5 to 10 cents
				higher at 12.95-13.21.

Wheat bids were 8 to 12 cents
				higher at 6.18-6.38.
