            If you have 
            diabetes, planning meals and shopping for food can be a real 
            challenge. Learn more about shopping for food, eating out and menu 
            planning at the "Dining with Diabetes, Part 2" series sponsored by 
            University of Illinois Extension, Logan County.

            The three-part series of information 
            meetings will be at the Logan County Extension office, 980 N. 
            Postville Drive, on June 6, 13, and 27 from 6:30 to 8:30 p.m. 
            This program will be of special 
            interest to those who attended the first "Dining with Diabetes" 
            program, as it features new and different topics, handouts and 
            recipes. 
            Jananne Finck, nutrition and 
            wellness educator from the University of Illinois Springfield 
            Center, will teach the three classes. People attending will learn 
            more about shopping for food, eating away from home and menu 
            planning with diabetes. There will be some cooking demonstrations 
            and tasting of different recipes and foods.

              The $15 registration fee includes 
            class materials, recipe booklets and taste testing for the three 
            sessions. Space is limited, and advance registration is required by 
            May 31.
