INVITATION TO BID
The Logan County
Animal Control committee is seeking bids for a 2013
TransConnect (or similar) vehicle for use by the Logan
County Animal Control facility. Sealed bids will be
received at the Logan County Clerk’s office, Room 20, Logan
County Courthouse, Lincoln, Illinois no later than 4:00 pm
on Wednesday, January 15, 2014. All sealed bids will be
opened for review at 6:30 pm on Wednesday, January 15, 2014
at the Animal Control committee meeting at the Logan County
Safety Complex, 911 Pekin Street, Lincoln, IL.
The vehicle
should be equipped with an automatic transmission and air
conditioning.
The Logan County
Board reserves the right to reject any or all bids and waive
irregularities therein, and all bidders must agree that such
rejection shall be without liability on the part of Logan
County for any penalty brought by the bidder because of such
rejections; nor shall the bidders seek any recourse of any
kind against the County because of such rejections. The
filing of any bid in response to this invitation shall
constitute an agreement of the bidder to these conditions.
