Community Action Partnership of Central Illinois has two full time time positions open for a Family Assistance Specialist in Lincoln at the corporate office.

These positions will actively promote all CAPCIL’s programs and services to the community. Provide up to date case management techniques. Maintain accurate and timely records of client files and reports. Manage all client assistance in accordance with CAPCIL guidelines.

Associates degree preferred, high school diploma or GED required. Strong written and oral communication skills, experience in database, web base and all Microsoft office applications, ability to lift 50 pounds, valid driver’s license, vehicle insurance and functional vehicle.
