Invitation to Bid: The County
of Logan, a body corporate and politic, will accept sealed
bid proposals from licensed professional commercial
mechanical/HVAC contractors licensed to do business in the
state of Illinois to replace several existing HVAC
components of the Logan County Safety Complex, 911 Pekin
St., Lincoln, Illinois, hereinafter “BUILDING”.
Mandatory Pre-Bid Conference: A mandatory pre-bid
conference has been scheduled for Thursday, Nov 21,
2013, at 6:30 p.m. (prevailing time), at BUILDING at
which time all interested BIDDERS shall attend to meet with
Logan County officials and staff to review the scope of
work, and ask questions regarding the bid process and this
project. Meeting shall be held in the Blue Room in the
basement of the BUILDING. The meeting will begin
promptly at 6:30 p.m.
